Always Orange

After reorganising our business in 2015, we spent 12 months researching and refreshing the components of our Group culture.

Always Orange is the cultural framework that resulted. It brings together our purpose, values and behaviours and guides how we will complete our business transformation and fulfil our growth agenda.

We believe we have established some of the core components of a sustainable and profitable future. A future in which we can capitalise on market opportunities and create an even better place to work.

The creation of Always Orange involved workshops in Buenos Aires, Houston, Dumbarton, Tanzania and Dubai. We gathered input from our online community and through lively debate at the Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team levels.
